Punchslister (www.punchlister.com)
Punchlister is developed specifically for the construction industry addressing the punchlisting problem.
When construction projects near completion, general contractors, architects, and developers go through the punchlisting process to ensure the quality of the building. Traditionally data is collected on a notepad on the field and typed up in the office. Once the data is in an electronic format, it is filtered by responsible subcontractors and distributed.
Using the Punchlister, data is collected using ruggedized handheld computers on the field. After the data is transferred to the punchlisting server, detailed reports by units and/or subcontractors are generated instantly. This system eliminates the back-office work, resulting in significant cost savings for construction companies, developers, and owners.
